All Himachal tour packages with prices
Prices shown are the starting all-inclusive cab fare for the full itinerary, not per person. Split across four to six travellers, a private circuit usually lands close to two Volvo tickets plus local taxi hire — with none of the 5 am bus-stand drops.

Which Himachal package should you book?
You have a long weekend
Shimla (3 days) from Delhi or Chandigarh, or Kasol Manikaran (4 days) if you want a river valley instead of a hill town. Both are drivable without an overnight highway leg.
It's your first Himachal trip
The 6-day Shimla Manali circuit. It gives you the Ridge, Kufri's apple belt, the Beas valley and the Atal Tunnel snow run in one loop, with altitude gained gradually.
You've already done Shimla and Manali
Kinnaur for six days, or the full eight-day Spiti circuit. Both use the Hindustan–Tibet Road, both are far quieter, and both need a driver who knows the road — not a plains-city rental.
You want snow, guaranteed as far as weather allows
December to February: Shimla plus Kufri, or Manali with the Atal Tunnel run to Sissu. Solang and Sissu hold snow longest and neither needs a Rohtang permit.
How we're different from aggregator and bundled tour packages
Typical booking siteAggregator platforms quote a base fare, then add tolls, state tax, driver allowance and a 'hill charge' at drop-off.
Himachal Tour and TaxiOne number on WhatsApp, before you book. Tolls, parking, permits, green tax and night halts are already inside it.
Typical booking siteBundled package sites hide their margin in hotel rates you can't compare.
Himachal Tour and TaxiTransport quoted honestly, hotel rates shared at direct commission-free prices so you choose your own comfort level.
Typical booking siteA call-centre agent in another state plans your Rohtang day and hopes the permit comes through.
Himachal Tour and TaxiKartik and Paras live on these roads and will tell you when Sissu beats Rohtang — before you pay.
Typical booking siteDriver assigned an hour before pickup, often unfamiliar with the route.
Himachal Tour and TaxiRoute-specific drivers with a minimum five Himachal seasons; high-altitude circuits go only to drivers who ran them this season.
Typical booking siteSnow chains, oxygen and a shovel are 'extras' if they exist at all.
Himachal Tour and TaxiStandard kit — chains and shovel December to March, oxygen and an oximeter on every circuit above 3,500 m.
Typical booking siteCancellation buried in terms, refunds processed in 7–10 working days.
Himachal Tour and TaxiFree cancellation up to 48 hours, and any leg we can't safely drive is refunded, not rescheduled into oblivion.

Himachal tour package FAQs
Which is the best Himachal tour package?
For a first visit, the 6-day Shimla Manali package — it covers a colonial hill town, a snow valley and the Atal Tunnel in one loop. For a second visit, Kinnaur or Spiti. For a honeymoon, the 7-day private circuit. For a long weekend, Shimla or Kasol.
How much does a Himachal tour package cost?
Our transport-only packages run from ₹17,500 for three days in Shimla to ₹78,000 for the eight-day Spiti circuit. Every fare covers fuel, driver allowance, night halts, tolls, parking, state permits and green tax. Hotels and meals stay separate, which is usually 20–30% cheaper than bundled operator packages.
Are hotels included in your Himachal packages?
No, and that's deliberate. Bundled packages hide their margin in the hotel line. We quote the transport honestly and share direct, commission-free rates at properties we'd send our own families to, so you can pick your own comfort level.
Which month is best for a Himachal tour?
March to June for green valleys and open high passes, September to November for clear skies and the apple harvest, December to February for snow in Shimla, Manali and Dalhousie. July and August bring heavy rain and landslide risk in Kangra and Kinnaur.
Do you offer Himachal tour packages from Delhi?
Yes — every package can start from Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Kalka or the Bhuntar and Kangra airports. Delhi departures add roughly ₹6,000–₹8,000 over Chandigarh because of the extra highway distance each way.
Can we customise a Himachal package?
Every itinerary here is a starting point. Add a night, drop a town, swap Kufri for Chail, add Amritsar or Rishikesh at either end. Send your dates and rough plan on WhatsApp and Kartik rebuilds the day sheet before you commit to anything.
Is a private cab better than a Volvo bus package?
For groups of three or more, almost always. You control the departure time, stop where the view is good, keep your luggage with you, and reach hotels rather than a bus stand at 5 am. Per head, a shared SUV works out close to two Volvo tickets plus local taxis.
How do you handle snow and road closures?
Our drivers check BRO and PWD bulletins each morning. If a pass or a leg is unsafe we re-route to an equivalent day — Sissu instead of Rohtang, Kalpa instead of Chitkul — at no extra cost, and if a leg can't happen at all we refund it.
What is your booking and payment process?
Message Kartik or Paras on WhatsApp with dates, headcount and rough plan. You get a fixed all-inclusive quote and a day-by-day sheet the same day. Confirm with a small advance; the balance is paid to the driver at the end of the trip in cash or UPI.
Do you offer discounts on tour packages?
Yes — on round trips, multi-day tours and group bookings. Off-season departures, longer circuits and repeat customers all get better rates. Ask Kartik or Paras on WhatsApp for the current discount on your dates.
Are your drivers trained for hill roads?
Every driver has a minimum of five years on Himachal roads before they take our wheel, and high-altitude circuits like Spiti and Manali–Leh are only assigned to drivers who have run them repeatedly that season.
Is a package cheaper per person for a group?
Substantially. The fare is per vehicle, not per head, so a six-day Shimla–Manali SUV package works out to about ₹7,000 per person for six travellers versus ₹20,750 for two. Tempo travellers for 12–17 are quoted on request.
