Early pickup so you clear the Panchkula–Kalka stretch before traffic. We break at Timber Trail for lunch, climb the Kalka–Shimla ghats in daylight, and drop you near Lift Road so the last-mile walk to Mall Road hotels is short.

Shimla — Kufri, Fagu, Naldehra (60 km)
A half-day loop that beats the tour-bus rush: Kufri by 9 am, then Fagu's apple orchards, Naldehra golf course and Tara Devi on the way back. Afternoon free for the Ridge, Scandal Point and the Lakkar Bazaar walk.

Shimla → Manali via Mandi (250 km, 7 hrs)
Down through Sunni and Tattapani, or the Bilaspur four-lane depending on the day's road report. Halts at Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam viewpoint and Kullu for shawls and river photos. Manali by evening.

Manali — Solang, Atal Tunnel, Sissu (80 km)
Leave at 7 am for clear Solang light. If Lahaul is open we drive the Atal Tunnel to Sissu waterfall — the single best snow view of the trip. Return through Palchan for hot maggi and back by evening.

Hadimba temple, Vashisht hot springs and Manu temple in the morning; Naggar Castle, the Roerich gallery and Jana waterfall in the afternoon. Evening on Mall Road or in an old-Manali café.

What is the price of a Shimla Manali tour package from Delhi?
Our 6-day Shimla Manali package starts at ₹34,500 for a sedan and ₹41,500 for an Innova-class SUV, covering the entire circuit from Delhi and back. That fare is all-inclusive of fuel, driver allowance, night halts, tolls, parking, state permits and green tax. Hotels and meals are separate so you keep control of your stay budget — we can block partner rooms if you'd rather have one bill.
How many days are enough for a Shimla Manali trip?
Six days from Delhi is the honest minimum: two travel days, two in Shimla and two in Manali. Five days works from Chandigarh because you save four hours of highway each way. Anything shorter turns into a bus-window holiday where you see the road and not the mountain.
Is the Shimla Manali package good for a honeymoon?
Yes — it is our most-booked honeymoon itinerary. We swap the group-friendly halts for quieter ones: Naldehra instead of crowded Kufri viewpoints, Jana waterfall instead of the Solang paragliding strip, and a Naggar Castle sunset. Ask for the honeymoon sequencing on WhatsApp and the driver gets the amended sheet.
Will we see snow on this package?
From late December to March there is snow at Kufri and reliably at Solang and Sissu. In April and May the snow line moves above Solang, so we cross the Atal Tunnel to Sissu where patches survive into June. July to September is green-season — waterfalls, not snow.
Do you cover Rohtang Pass in this package?
Rohtang needs a separate government rotation permit that is issued by lottery and capped daily. We apply for it when you ask at least 72 hours ahead. When it isn't granted, the Atal Tunnel run to Sissu is included at no extra cost and most guests prefer it.
Is a sedan safe for the Shimla Manali route?
A sedan is fine on the Chandigarh–Shimla and Mandi–Manali highways in dry months. For December to March, or if you want the Solang and Sissu legs, we strongly recommend the SUV: higher ground clearance, better brakes on gradient and space for chain-fitted tyres.
Can we start the package from Chandigarh airport instead of Delhi?
Yes, and it is the smarter choice. Chandigarh saves roughly four hours each way, cuts about ₹6,000 off the package, and gets you to Shimla by lunch on day one. We pick up directly from Chandigarh airport, the ISBT or the railway station.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tell us 48 hours before pickup and there is no charge at all. Inside 24 hours we retain the driver's deadhead cost. If a road closure, landslide or heavy snow warning makes a leg unsafe, we re-route or refund that leg — you never pay for a road we couldn't drive.
How much luggage can we carry?
A sedan takes three medium bags plus daypacks, an Innova-class SUV takes four to five, and a tempo traveller carries a roof carrier. Tell us if you're carrying a stroller, ski gear or an oversized suitcase and we'll size the vehicle accordingly.
